If a contract is canceled prior to fulfillment, we will recalculate your rate based on published insertions. No penalty is applied if the contract is canceled in order to initiate a longer term contract.

All classified advertising must be paid in full prior to publication. Display advertising bills are due and payable upon receipt. Credit may be extended after a completed credit application is received and approved by BERN MEDIA CORP.

Interest, at a rate of 1.5% per month, will be added to accounts delinquent past 15 days. 15% commission for recognized advertising agencies. Graphics that are submitted in hard copy format will incur a $50 scanning fee for the initial scan; $25 for each additional scan. Programming services for creation of digital billboards are billed at $85 per hour. There is a $50 minimum charge for this service. For each graphic that must be reloaded or converted, there is a $25 fee.

All electronic billboard advertisers must return a signed service agreement one-month prior to publication.

All electronic Web page purchasers must return a signed service agreement one-month prior to publication for a one year hosting contract at a rate of $100 page.

Advertisers and advertising agencies are liable for all content including text, representation and illustrations of advertisements and are responsible, without limitation, for any and all claims made thereof against BERN MEDIA CORP., its officers or employees. Publisher reserves the right to reject or omit without notice any advertisement at any time. BERN MEDIA Corp. accepts no liability for its failure, for any cause, to insert an advertisement.

Liability for any error appearing in an advertisement is limited to the cost of the space actually occupied. No allowance will be granted for an error that does not materially affect the value of an advertisement. To qualify for an adjustment, any error must be reported within 5 days of publication date. Credit for errors is limited to the first insertion.
